Job Description:
As a Guest Experience Coordinator at Grappone Automotive Group, you'll be our customers' first point of contact. You'll be responsible for answering inbound calls, responding to emails, and ensuring that all inquiries are handled promptly and professionally. You'll also be responsible for scheduling appointments, following up with leads, and maintaining accurate records.
Hours:
7:30am - 4:00pm | Two shifts per week
10:30am - 7:00pm | Two shifts per week
Every other Saturday - 8:30am - 5:00pm
Responsibilities:
Manage incoming leads via phone, email, and website inquiries
Schedule appointments for our sales teams
Follow up with customers to ensure customer satisfaction
Communicate with sales and service teams to ensure customer needs are met
Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism at all times
Meet and exceed performance metrics
Requirements:
The ideal candidate for this role is someone who is energetic, self-motivated, and has a passion for customer service. You should have excellent verbal and written communication skills and be able to work well in a team environment. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
High school diploma or equivalent required
Experience in a BDC or call center environment preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Must pass background, reference, and drug tests
